Would you like to be added to MDS’ do-not-call list?
Since MDS only makes non-profit, charitable and political calls, we are exempt from the federal do-not-call registry and most state do-not-call lists. However, we do not want to call people who do not want to be called.
If you would like to be added to the MDS do-not-call list, please complete the form below. Please complete a different form for each phone number you wish to register. Your name and number will be added to the MDS do-not-call list for a period of 5 years (the same length of time as the federal do-not-call registry).
Beginning with the next business day, your name will be removed from every new list that MDS uses. Please note that you may still receive calls from MDS for a short time as, unfortunately, we are unable to clean your name from lists that we are presently calling.
One final note….if you have caller ID and use it to screen calls you may be frustrated that MDS has called you several times a day for a number of consecutive days. We apologize for that. When we call a phone number it is because we are trying to reach that household. If no one answers, naturally we try back later that day or the next.
