Here are a few key points to consider.

• We only charge on a fee for service basis. Current donor programs are charged per call; Lapsed donor and acquisition programs are charged per hour. We never charge on a percentage basis because we believe that doing so would be unethical.
• Note the 24-hour cancellation clause. If for any reason, you are unhappy with our services you may cancel our contract with just 24 hours notice. Of course, you also have the right to cancel individual programs with no notice at all. This gives you absolute control over your telephone fundraising. We believe this is unique among all telephone fundraising companies.
• MDS never touches money. The money goes directly from the donor to you, your agent, or a third party.
• We offer a true no-risk break-even guarantee.
• For state regulatory reasons, our contracts extend for a one-year period and cover all types of solicitation calls. Doing so simplifies the filing process by eliminating additional paperwork, waiting periods and filing fees. Even if you plan on using MDS for one type of call, our contract covers all calling options should you decide to implement additional or different calling strategies.
