Account Coordinator

MDS Communications is looking for a full time Client Services Account Coordinator (AC) in our Mesa, Arizona location. The AC is not a call center (or accounting) position.

The Client Services Account Coordinator provides administrative support to Account Managers, who are responsible for handling multiple national non-profit accounts. Our client service department is team-centered, fun-loving, and fast-paced. The AC is an entry level position and is our stepping-stone to the Client Project Manager and Account Manager positions.  Initial responsibilities include general administrative support, report generation and budget tracking (proficiency in Excel is a must), inter-departmental communication, workflow management, client/customer service, and general copywriting and proofreading.
